How does Splish Splash save me thousands of dollars?
A gallon of Splish Splash concentrate has a recommended retail price of $74.99 and produces 512 quart-size spray bottles of multi-purpose cleaning product. We estimate that quart-size spray bottles of all-purpose cleaner, toilet cleaners, shower sprays, deodorizers, etc. retail for approximately $4.15 per quart, so 512 of those – in addition to taking up lots of space and creating a lot of shipping and packaging waste – would cost you $2,127 over time. A gallon of Splish Splash saves you $2,052 (= $2,127 - $74.99). A quart of Splish Splash saves you around $500.
What is the difference between Splish Splash residential and Splish Splash commercial?
Splish Splash residential and commercial have the exact same formulation. The only difference is that the commercial product includes use instructions for specific commercial locations, like hospitals and beauty salons. The residential product delivers the same disinfecting, cleaning, and deodorizing properties to your home. Splish Splash is strong enough for hospitals and safe for your home.
Can Splish Splash concentrate be mixed with other chemicals?
No. Only mix Splish Splash concentrate with water in accordance with directions on the label.
Splish Splash is a disinfectant and a sanitizer. What is the difference?
The terms, disinfection and sanitization, refer to the test methods used to determine the concentration and contact time required to reduce bacteria to a desired level. With disinfectants the test organism (bacteria) is exposed to the solution for 10 minutes (on hard surface – stainless steel rings) at room temperature in accordance with the OAC Use Dilution method to demonstrate efficacy of products intended to kill bacteria. The method requires 99.9% kill in 59 of 60 tests. With sanitizers the test organism (bacteria) is exposed to the solution for 60 seconds (on hard surface – glass squares) at room temperature in accordance with the ASTM Non-Food Contact Sanitizer method to demonstrate efficacy of products intended to kill bacteria. The method requires 99.9% kill over parallel control in 5 of 5 tests.
